Taj Mahal is one of the iconic destination for travellers across the world. However, it receives huge amount of visitors on a full moon night, which falls in the month of October. As per the most recent news reports, authorities have now developed a spot across the Yamuna River, which can be a welcoming surprise for people curious about watching the monument during full-of-the-moon night. Earlier, it had been reported that the long-lasting monument will remain open beyond 6 pm, allowing visitors to experience the Taj in the dark .
The said new spot has been built and named as Mehtab Bag for viewing Taj after sunset. This spot was also recently formally inaugurated by Agra Additional Director General (ADG) Ajay Anand.
ADA in association with the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) has also built a few of viewing points across the river, which is at the rear of the monument, the spot from where visitors can enjoy the beauty of Taj Mahal on a full moon night.
And since these viewing points are built beyond the five hundred meter security perimeter around the monument, the movement of the visitors will be hassle free.
